Where is my package being sent from?
All orders are shipped from England.
Thus, the orders for England do not cross customs and all packages arrive at the recipient without hesitation.
Please note: We only ship orders from England, the country in which they are ordered. All other countries at your own risk! We recommend creating a delivery address in England for customers from Switzerland or Austria. So the package arrives safely there too.
How is the package sent?
The parcel is sent neutrally with a neutral sender and as registered with a signature. Therefore it is important to give a correct delivery address with name. Otherwise the parcel cannot be delivered. If the postman does not find you at home, he will take the package back with him and make it available for collection at the post office counter.
What shipping methods are available?
We only ship our products to England. You can choose the standard shipping. As soon as a product is in the shopping cart, you can activate the shipping calculator. Standard shipping to all countries is free of charge from EUR / CHF 200.
How long will it take to receive my package?
All orders are dispatched once a week on Thursday. Orders received on Thursday before 11:00 a.m. will be processed and shipped the same day. As soon as the shipping service provider has received the package on Thursday, delivery through the post usually takes 1-3 working days. If Thursday falls on a public holiday, orders will be dispatched on Wednesday.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a simple shipping confirmation from us by email. This email contains the shipment number and you can check your package status under the link Track your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need an account to place an order. Everyone can decide on the checkout page whether they want an account or not.
